Annotation:This course is a follow-up course in sport and exercise psychology that will allow students to deepen their knowledge in this area. The course will focus in greater depth on selected topics in sport and exercise psychology in order to provide students with an understanding of how social-psychological factors influence exercise behavior and how, in turn, participation in sport, exercise, and physical activity influences the psychological development and status of the individual. Students will apply psychological knowledge, skills, and methods to the study of movement behavior and health and will be introduced to current research topics in sport and exercise psychology.
