Aims and objectives:
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with a fundamental knowledge of individual and team skills, the rules of football and the methodological techniques for coaching and practising basic individual skills and team moves.
Topics of lectures:
- Introduction to the course, diagnostic test to determine skill level of students
- Basic individual skills - passing, ball control
- Basic individual skills - headed passes, running with the ball, passing an opponent
- Practice of basic individual skills in a game setting, explanation of rules
- Basic individual skills - defensive play
- Shooting, tackling
- Goalkeeping, attacking moves
- Drills for football training
- Practice of attacking moves - controlled drill
- Defensive systems
- Team tournament (organized by students)
- Team tournament (organized by students)
- Final diagnostic test
Requirements for students:
Evaluation:
- Total number of points = 100.
- Course credits will be awarded for at least 51 points.
- Participation in seminars 80% (sports kit, footwear - active practice) - 40 points.
- Seminar presentation in practice sessions - 1-30 points.
- Presentation of a portfolio of games - 1-30 points.
