Aims and objectives:

The structure of the course is variable and can be adapted to suit the enrolled students' level of swimming skills. This means that the course can have two different goals depending on the determined skill level.

The first goal is to provide swimming tuition with an emphasis on the acquisition of basic swimming skills and improvements in technique for three strokes (backstroke, breaststroke, crawl). Students expand and enhance their knowledge on the creation of programmes for optional and leisure swimming lessons, and expand their range of didactic and game-based tools.

The second goal is to impart the basics of sports swimming training and its key methods and techniques suitable for application in specialized forms of swimming as part of school physical education lessons and extracurricular (leisure) activities. This second goal focuses on improving students' training skills and the basics of sports swimming.
