Aims and objectives:
The aim of the course is to help students improve their practical skills and theoretical knowledge of six-a-side volleyball.

- Serving practice
- Game-based practice to improve skills
- Passing practice
- Game-based practice to improve skills
- Overhand passing practice
- Game-based practice to improve skills
- Spike practice
- Game-based practice to improve skills
- Net defence practice
- Game-based practice to improve skills
- Backcourt defence practice
- Game-based practice to improve skills
- Verification of practical crediting requirements
Requirements for students:
- Active participation in practice sessions (min. 11x per semester)
- Practical demonstration of basic volleyball skills (25 points)
- Application of basic volleyball skills in game situations 6-6 (25 points)
- After successful completion of the practical skills demonstration and game application, the student is awarded a further 50 points
Points-based evaluation:
- 51-100 points: course credits awarded
- 0-50 points: course credits not awarded
