| Annotation: | The course focuses on the mastery of basic swimming strokes, including jump starting. It is focused on the basic knowledge and practical skills to rescue drowning as helping an exhausted swimmer. An integral part of creating an inventory of didactic knowledge and skills with a focus on school age (using games, exercises, swimming aids). |
